Since the age of two, Candice Eden has expressed a genuine passion for the arts. More specifically, music has been the core of her experience in creative expression and she has always had the desire to positively convey this to others. Her 10 plus years of theater, music, and vocal training has more than equipped her for the task of showing the world the beauty of song. From a young age, her interest in all genre’s of music; country, rock, soul, blues, bluegrass, inspirational, gospel, and jazz, as well as creative influences from artists that range from David & Nicole Binion to Beyonce, created opportunities for her to showcase her voice in several local plays and productions, business conferences, magazine releases, weddings, social gatherings as well as on many album productions. Candice attended Spartanburg Methodist College and North Greenville College in South Carolina where she pursued a major in Vocal Performance. She has been writing and arranging music for more than five years and has been a featured artist on several new album projects including “Ignite” by Stephen and Lori Ward (Musicians at RWOC-a 15,000 member mega-church in South Carolina). From 2006-2009 Candice found herself teaching, arranging, and leading songs for several church ministries, and local artists. These included youth praise teams, adult praise team, mass choirs, rap artists, contemporary artists, and prison ministry praise team to name a few. She has traveled abroad to participate in various music conferences which included leading songs with Destiny World Outreach's (DWO) internship music team in London, England, and Scotland. DWO also took her on a tour across the United States to the east coast where she led the music team at several middle school and high school assemblies. She also performed dramas and dance routines at several affiliate churches, and was an instructor for the Steve Nice Academy for singing, songwriting and ear training class for young adults in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex that have expressed a desire to learn music and musicianship. Candice desires to always make music that has LIFE. She vows to “let music breathe!" It is with this conviction that she teaches the art of singing and song writing to all who will hear.
