Spangler hit the scene in 2011 first as a duo with multi instrumentalist singer songwriters Tim and Helen Spangler. The band started to produce indie pop rock songs with a range of sensibilities from folk funk to quirky alt. Their catchy tunes worked well for the Sacramento bar scene as well as smaller house gatherings and tasting rooms. The band really hit its stride with the addition of Chris Reilly Reilly on percussion/drums/vocals and Adam Estell on bass and vocals. Spangler is currently cranking out gritty indie rock with their new single "Lock Me Up" to pair with their folk ballads.
