Ghost Hands was assembled in early 2011 when James Glaves, Sonny Ogle and Troy Anniskett got together to lay down some tracks. After a few drinks they decided to combine their new tracks and form a new band; thus Ghost Hands was born. They promptly enlisted the help of friends Greg Geddes for drums, and Andy Tholberg for bass.
James, Sonny and Andy all grew up in the same area on the Kenai Peninsula, and had all played together in a previous band. Greg and Troy were raised near Anchorage. All in the band grew up listening to the same music in the 90's which plays a big role in the band's sound.
The band is currently playing shows in Alaska. They are writing and recording songs for the their first full length album which should be released this fall.
