Sheila Carr began her music career in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the age of twenty-one, heading a band called Tantrum. In '98 she moved from the East to Vancouver Island where she decided to relearn guitar and go solo. She does a mixture of originals and covers songs and is just getting back into the music business after a twelve year hiatus. She thought that she would not be involved with music anymore but as it turns out when music is in your blood there's no quitting forever. She now does shows in the Cowichan Valley, BC and Victoria, BC and has plans to branch out in the future and travel a little more doing her shows.
