Jon Farmer ( Born August 27, 1982) is an American Hip Hop artist, songwriter, and Videographer. He is one of the most successful indepedent artist in the North Carolina area. In 2013, which has been the biggest year of his career thus far, Jon Farmer has opened for Outkast member Big Boi on the shoes made for running tour, Toured with Konvict Muzik R&B sensation Ray Lavender and most recently as a videographer, filmed and directed Diamond (crime mob) latest video for the single ME.  He is currently pushing his latest single Popular Featuring Big Dreek which has recieved rave reviews from various media outlets and airtime on both iHeart and CBS radio stations. Jon started a musical career early on by joining his high school chorale were he found a great deal of success by being named the 11th best tenor in the state by grade 11. An artist set on gaining national exposure throught the independent market, his first musical effort "Summer Time Jay" is slated to be released this fall exclusively through datpiff.com
