I am just another guitar player trying to make his mark in the world. When I my father re-mortgaged our house so he could send me the Berklee College in Boston for a summer, I learned that more guitar players had enrolled than ever before that summer. That was in 1984, and I realized right off that I would never be the ground breaking trend setter I had dreamed of as a boy. But hey, here I am. I have been in many bands in the past. In the Army I was in a band with Les Dell called Sunrise Band. We had a good thing going.
More recently, in the last four or five years, I was playing along side an old buddy from high school. Charles Hornbeck and my self jammed in a band called VOID. right, all caps, no 'the'. He had another band, Philosophy Slap, and he invited me to play with them. During that time I had some things going on in my personal life and decided to take a break. That was almost five years ago now and I haven't gone back to them.
These days I'm just kicking around the apartment writing and recording newer songs. Charles comes over and helps out once in a while.
