Eternal Downpour made its initial appearance as an acoustic couplet featuring Gabriella Trujillo-Robnett's singing talent and Conner Frey's skilled guitar-playing at Mt. Pleasant High School's 2010 Talent Show as sophomores. The band later expanded with Kevin Biehl rocking the drums, and pianist Brian Goulart joining the band towards the end of sophomore year. After a series of great gigs and not-so-great gigs, and a transition from merely playing covers to writing original songs over the course of junior year, the band has come to recognize its potential and sought to make this more than a hobby and make something of their talents. However, after a year, the band has come to realize that something was missing yet, and they found it in rhythm guitarist Royce Rubia. Facing a summer and a senior year before college separates the five, Eternal Downpour aims to make themselves known and live a dream before they receive their high school diplomas.
