Cynthya Kamal Karam was born in Beit El Dine on the 11th Of July. She attended AlJamhour High School then finished her secondary at Antonines sisters - Roumieh, and always had stood out among her classmates for being exceptionally multitalented. She then attained her BA in Theatre at the Faculty of Arts at the Lebanese University.
In 1999, Cynthya launched her career with Future TV, working in several programs like “Inta El Hakam”, “A7la 3alam”, “Shou Baddo Yseer”, and “La Youmal”.
Later on, she joined STAR ACADEMY – Season one, and was one of the top 8 candidates that toured the Arab World. Cynthya and her fellow finalists also shot the hit music video “Jeye Al-Hakika” directed by Nadine Labaki, and were part of the Pepsi celebrity ad campaign.
After the STARAC hype, Cynthya reappeared on the small screen in 2007 as “Tristy” in Najdat Anzour’s “Sakf AlAlam” broadcasted on LBCI during the Holy month of Ramadan.
Latest news! Cynthya is about to release her first single! “Albi Byi7mol” music video was shot in Faytroun, Lebanon, directed by Tanya Nasr and produced by Silk Productions and managed by Sky High Media - Image Management and Consulting.
She’s also working on a sitcom comedy with Gabriel Yammine that started showing on NEW TV.
Today, Cynthya is acting in the new comedy play "Matloub" by Georges Khabbaz in the role of "Lea" where she acts, sings and dance.
