Brewed up 1993 from the corpses of Dallas underground bands as: The Decomposers, Masters of Disasters, More Drunk Cowboys, Redneck Zombies, Chickenfoot, Kountry Karl Krab and the Krotch Kritters, Shitface, Basement Ape, and Dirty Mother Fox. The release of their demo in 1993 has inspired awe, wonder, and fear in anyone who had encountered it. Their live shows with the stage antics and tight musicianship has left people with a hardcore addiction. Their carnal preoccupation with coffee/caffiene is evident in the song titles, however you dont have to like coffee to enjoy these guys. They have been compared to bands like Fear, Didjits, Dwarves but have a sound uniquely their own. Their self produced 7" "Wake up and smell The Caffiends" released 1995 had great reviews ( see MRR , Flipside , etc..) This band is not to be taken lightly even if you prefer cream and sugar. As the great Buzzmomma Colleen Bradford (Buzzmonger zine) said: "There is more java than jive here ! They broke up 1996 just before they could get their full length and comics released.

Count Caffula and the Caffiends-A frieghttrain full of angry wired demons rushing up the tracks from hell, or: as that twit- Robert Wilonsky (Dallas Observer) says:A thick pile of sludge, found on the bottom of a pot of coffee thats been sitting for weeks, after the first cup,it all tastes like shit....... .
