Back in 2000 The band started out as young guys that didnt have a clue about playing instruments but all had the same LOVE for music. They Practice in an old church every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It was here, out in the county for 2 years that they devoted their weekends to teaching themselves how to play cover songs.
2002 the bands line up had changed as well as their music. Because of Life hardships at the time, they put their negativities into their original songs for more aggressive riffs, lots of double bass, and faster tempos. They changed their name to Bloodtripp and was without a singer. They continued to write thier own music and eventually recorded a cheap demo with a busted karoke machine on a 89 cent Hop n Sack cassette tape with panda bears on it. Armed with the panda tape they set out find a singer. Originally they wanted a female singer and tried out a couple but had no success. Later on, a male vocalist was recruited and began writting lyrics.
2003 They changed their name to DEADCORE and had their first show at the RailHead in Lawton, OKlahoma. Still learning to play their instruments, the band continued to write their original songs and play in bars and outside parties.
Throughout 2004 to 2008 the guys devoted themselves to the band and had the Logo tattooed on themselves. During this time, they found a female vocalist and a keyboard/sampler to fill the open slots. Their main objective was to perform every show like it was their last and to leave a lasting impression on anybody and everybody.
2010 Deadcore found a second guitarist to create a 7 piece monster. They have up the bar for themselves in music, stage performance, and a solid fan base from kids to adults. They have a loyal following that travels with them to far far away cities. Today they continue to destroy to stage where ever they go. For them its all about having fun, staying humble, and putting on a crazy show.
They have since shared the stage with OTEP, BLACKGUARD, SKELETONWITCH, AND DEVILDRIVER.
