DEEP / Bio

The night of February 11th, 2006, was a night that millions of people will never forget. It was the first night for “Deep” to compete on a nationally televised show, as well as in front of the live audience at the Legendary Apollo Theater on 125th Street, in Harlem, New York City. They became the “Top Dog Champions” winning 7 times in a row. Additionally they were the second act in the entire history of the “Amateur Night at the Apollo” to win with their own original song.

Elijah, Nolan and Kenny are the definition of “Brothers From Another Mother”. Growing up together in Park Slope, Brooklyn, New York since the age of 5years old they each bring with them with their own special talents, and are established, self-sufficient writers and music producers. “Deep” has set out to become, and are on track to one day be, the world’s finest vocal group. From their early beginnings they’ve won many talent shows, performed nationally and obtained acclaimed recognition from the industry.

“Deep” has performed at the Caribbean Fest in Miami, Florida, Soul Café in New York City, The Martin Luther King Concert Series in Brooklyn, New York where they shared the stage with the “Mighty O-Jays” and “Dennis Edwards and the Temptations Revue”, in Philadelphia with “Boys II Men” and countless universities including Rutgers, St. John’s and Howard. In 2004 they won the acclaimed “Underground Music Award” for “Best R&B Group”. They are also record producers and executives with the record label they co-founded, “Fix Music”. “Deep is currently working with accomplished producers in the Atlanta and New York area continually developing and producing themselves and the future stars on the “Fix Music” label.
