Angela Moss Poole brings a fresh sound to contemporary Christian/Gospel music. She is a nationally acclaimed songwriter whose songs are being translated and shared all over the world.
Angela recently won the 2012 Broadjam.com Six-Pack Songwriting competition for the Fight the Power (theme song) category for her R&B classic "Ain't Going Nowhere." She was a finalist in 2007 for Song of the Year for both Praise and Worship and Urban Gospel categories at the GMA Music in the Rockies Conference for "Dwell in Your House" and "Father's Love". Her anthem and theme songs inspire us to overcome our obstacles. In 2008, her song Break the Silence was recognized by The National Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Women Who Jam! Her song "How Much" is used to inspire the troops, those who are incarcerated and their loved ones.
She continues to write for Film/TV and works with independent producers and composers in various genres.
Angela serves as a Praise and Worship Leader at Crosspointe Church in Duluth, GA and sings and teaches at ministry conferences and uses her music to help raise funds/awareness for causes that are near and dear to her heart related to hunger relief, children and the poor and needy.
Angela is also a Certified Public Accountant and an author who teaches biblical principles of money management in workshops and seminars from her books From Borrower to Lender and She Considers A Field (coming Summer 2014).
She is also a devoted wife of almost 20 years to Corey Poole and the mother of a sixteen year-old son, Michael.
