Anji Bee / Bio

Anji Bee is a the vocalist and lyricist of So Cal duo, Lovespirals, who have released 4 albums and 7 EPs to date. With radio and club support from Armin van Buuren, Denny Dowd, The PH Factor and others, the 'Damien S And Love Spirals Feat Anji Bee' set of "This Truth" remixes on Loverush Digital earned #2 in World Trance, #4 in World House and #10 in World Commercial on the DMC, as well as the #8 spot on Music Week’s Upfront Club Chart.

She has also collaborated with a number of electronica and ambient artists over the years including Bloody Mary, Karmacoda + Beth Hirsch, Chandeen, Falling You, The Grooveblaster, Rom di Prisco of Bitstream Dream and Machineries of Heaven, 7 Day Visa, and Aerotek. Her work with the CC Asia Band led to dozens of remixes, mashups, and additional collaborations with artists such as Benoit Cassar, Giovanni Perini, Loveshadow, and volk1.

Anji is set to drop her first-ever solo album, ‘Love Me Leave Me,’ in Spring 2013. Remixes from the first single, "Put Some Music On,” released by 3345 Music hit #2 on the Traxsource Lounge Essential 20 list and #16 on the Juno Recommends Downtempo list. DJ Oxide at Resident Advisor and Urbnet’s Jackhouse Magazine listed the Put Some Music On EP at #2 on his Top 10 Picks for January 2012.

Additionally, Anji is the creator, hostess, and producer of the 2 time Best Podsafe Music Podcast nominated Chillcast with Anji Bee, which is a one hour electronica music show. She also creates a twice monthly music video show, Chillcast Video. Both show are part of the Mevio Network.

Anji's music has appeared on TV and cable programs including The Oprah Winfrey Show, Martha, What Perez Sez, Mind of Mencia, Gastineau Girls, Cribs, and many other shows on stations including MTV, VH1, E!, Playboy, Logo, and Current TV.
