Angel Casiano / Press

“Artist: Angel Casiano Genre: Rock Author: Indie-Music.com Review: "If I Give You My Heart" is a big rock ballad, with nice clean guitar stylings. When Angel Casiano begins to sing, it's immediately evident his is a memorable voice, one you can connect with and recognize immediately. Just familiar enough, just distinct enough. The song has a classic rock sound which reminds me of Hotel California-era Eagles or Bad Company. There's stellar instrumentation and a tight band which features both piano and organ. The more you listen, the more it is clear that Angel Casiano is a pro and no mere schoolboy on the rock scene. ”

“Angel, So what’s he doing now? Story on page 12”

“Morrell Park: Musician Gives the Spotlight Another Round February 8, 2011 By Megan Paolini and Ian Romano Angel Casiano is surveying Philadelphia's open stage venues. Angel Casiano loves music. He has rocked his guitar over the span of two decades. But after a five-year hiatus from playing live, the Morrell Park performer and writer is ready to tour the venues again. Casiano said he will try to play at every open stage in the region while writing about the experience for Out on the Town Magazine, an entertainment guide for the Delaware Valley region. The guitar player started his survey last Monday at World Cafe Live near the corner of 30th and Walnut streets. Casiano said he plans on playing at the bar in the near future. “It’s a great place to feature acts,” Casiano said. “It’s right in the middle of everything.” Some other places Casiano has on his check list are the Green Rock in Fishtown, Shenanigans Saloon in Kennsington and Harrington’s Pub in Taco”
