““I first heard about them from the sister of a friend of mine from high school days, Chuck Adkins, class of ’69. His little sister, Shannon emailed me and asked if I could find a place for three girls backed by an acoustic band to play. So not having heard them I put them in as the opening act of the jam,” said WAXAJAM co-founder Sam Taylor Taylor asked them to join in the Thursday evening broadcast to hear what they sounded like. “These guys are really good,” Taylor said. ”
