ReBirth / Press

"To Be Continued..." is much more than a new song that needs practice. It represents ReBirth working its way through tragedy. "To Be Continued..." is the first song the group is releasing since its young leader and founder, Julius K. "J.T." Collins III died a year ago, when the group was known as J.T. & ReBirth. As J.T. & ReBirth, it released a self-titled album in 2005, and opened or shared bills with artists such as Kim Burrell, Jonathan Nelson, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Lemmie Battles and Donnie McClurkin. It has performed in many cities, including Kansas City; Memphis and Nashville, Tenn; Raleigh, N.C.; and Chicago. The group says it's bigger in other cities than it is at home.
