About
Biography
Originating from Madison, Florida, Yung Jabb was raised in multiple parts of the Georgia and Florida residential area. In Valdosta, GA was his first inspiration to emcee. Starting with a couple friends from his middle/high school years he begins cultivating a sound as an emcee which was raw and still developing. It was until he encountered an out of state member of an up and coming underground group named Pentagon Music Group (PMG) that when he started experimenting and concreting a sound, which resulted to the creation of his first local mix tape (A.T.T.I.T.U.D.E) under the former name Casstlenova. With a newly found understanding on the basics of orchestrating projects and songs as artist and a beat-smith, he started building his image in which really begin to catch the ears of his peers, local and out-state residents and also a former So So Def associate and promoter of Jermaine Dupri name Iceman. Seeing the potential of Yung Jabb, Iceman decided to mentor and guide Yung Jabb under him. With opening possibilities of the new partnership begins a saga in which an opportunity and a road of challenges start for this southern artist. The question is, is the hip hop community and public ear ready to welcome Yung Jabb with open arms? This is the question that can only be answer by you.
