Yasmin Tayeby is a solo artist who grew up in Cairo, Egypt, but now lives in Boston. She studies at Berklee College of Music, where her current major is composition. Her true passion though, lies in singing/songwriting, and accompanying herself on guitar and piano. It is hard to pin point a specific style or genre for her music to fall under, because while a lot of her songs could be classified as ballads, she has also gotten into electronic music, as well as pop/rock.
