Xeno was born on May 27th, 1985, raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His grandmother Jeannette Carter brought up the only child of his mother Ruby Luster. Being the only child of the household wasn't anything new to Xeno. In 1989, he was given a record portable player, along with many albums. Growing up on the sounds of Michael Jackson, Earth Wind, and Fire, Diana Ross, Mc Hammer, Humpy Dumpty, along with Heavy D. Xeno, Never really considering, music as a career until the mid 90's. Watching the television and seeing the change in Hip Hop culture, He would soon follow. “In elementary school, I'd write lyrics in the back of my notebook all the time. Hip Hop was losing it's culture and records were stamped with parental advisory like they were merits. Knowing my mom didn't appreciate that type of music, she put up with it because of me.” In middle school, every other day was a Hip Hop Battle, between neighborhood rivals. Dealing with peer pressure to fights from territorial reasons. It was back to writing lyrics on the regular. After being kicked out of middle school over controversial reasons. Xeno started to get serious about music. “Every time I'd grip the pen. Something magical happened. I'd be relived of stress and everything.” Inspired by the modern sounds of Tupac Shakur, The Lost Boyz, Bone Thugs n Harmony, Usher Raymond, and many more following. In early 99, Xeno Hooked up with Rev Roach and formed the Eviction Notice. The Duo formed Blackout Entertainment, as a partnership, but later on the company was placed in Xeno's hands. From weeks and months building a strong roster, Blackout Entertainment was becoming a successful company. Starting out as a Home studio, then turning into an independent label. Later on down the road Blackout Entertainment suffered several changes, due to business differences. Blackout Entertainment was soon a thing of the past. Soon after Blackout's demise Xeno and his new crew formed Black Inc. As the founder/ and president, along with Carma Black Inc's CEO, The Ultimate Grinder/ Master Mind, Mistro, and Angee (The Angelic Voice)
