Eric John Kaiser is The Man. Every Tuesday, he hosts a singer-songwriter competition downtown Portland, at the beloved Thirsty Lion Pub. The sound is terrible, the room is boomy and cold, and the drinks and food, while delicious, cost way more than they are worth. BUT, Eric is the best kind of person, and anyone who is around him quickly becomes a better person. So come get some! My friend Woody and I will each perform 3-4 songs, and if you buy stuff from the Pub, you get to vote on which of us you like better (or you can vote for one of the other 2 contestants, 4 total). Come out and support us, and get to know Eric!

SURPRISE PERFORMANCE AT CAFE ARTICHOKE Filling in for a cancellation because of illness, Woody joins three other artists (who have actually practiced beforehand) on Artichoke's stage for a night of great music and great stories. Woody starts at 8:45pm and since he hasn't had time to practice, will rely on his engaging stage banter and sexy dance moves.
