Matt AKA Lion AKA Big Dread is a classically trained vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, award winning composer, and producer hailing from the Washington, DC area. After graduating from Berklee, Lion joined forces with Capitol area reggae band "The I-ternals", as a guitar player and singer. All of the tracks here are produced by him with the exception of "Give I an Herb", which was originally produced by Dub Easy for Silva Duss' "Big Spliff". He has made it to the forefront of the reggae community as a young lion with a big voice and a producer with 20/20 vision.

After a performance in Boston, MA, he went out to dinner with some very special guests. One wrote a note to Lion which read, "Keep the fire burning, Bob (Marley) would have been very satisfied." One Love!
