WeirdGear were started in 1995 by 2 men; the idea was simple, to make dance music or music to dance to without computers.  This was done by collecting many analogue synths, drum machines and effects boxes.  WeirdGear play completely without sequencers, samplers or backing tapes at all times.  A rolling staff rota have performed as WeirdGear over its' lifetime and they are currently working as a 3 piece band. All recent material previewed was written and performed by 4 persons.
