Hello Fellow Thashers!

Violated started out back in late 2004 in Kristiansund, Norway. Four metalheads with a mutual goal and taste in music that had to be explored together.

Dag Sveen - Guitars

Joachim "mr.Drummer" Øvertungset - Drums

A demo was released in  2005 named "bearing the weight of the world"

and in 2007 came our second demo "reign of violence"

In 2008 we lost a member but gained a new member with Eirik Roksvåg (ex-Pica Fierce, Hilbora) - Drums and started recording our debut album "only death awaits"

and now this year, 2009 we are releasing 2 albums.

one split album with an polish band named Destroyer through Slaney records,

and an full length album release through Duplicate Records.

This looks like it's going to become a very fruitful year in the Violated camp.
