Bio: About Us Built in the 1890s by the Medsker family, The Ripple Hotel was originally built to service the Monon Railroad and housed many of the workers that worked on the Indiana Central Canal, originally designed to connect the Erie Canal to the Ohio River. Over the years this building has been used for everything from apartments to a brothel to a lawn mower shop to some of Broad Ripple’s best restaurants. The Ripple Inn, located in Indianapolis' enchanting Broad Ripple Village, was established to provide the people of our community with the very best dining experience possible. Great care is taken with preparation and we pay close attention to quality, using only the finest ingredients.
