Bio: First Friday is a community-wide event that happens in Downtown Marion on the First Friday of every month from May to August. Festival activities take place near the Mississinewa River between First and Third Streets. Community groups and organizations are welcome to take part in First Friday! All the action starts with food vendors serving lunch during the noon hour. Activities for the entire family start each First Friday around 5 p.m. and include live entertainment from local and national acts.
