4734 South Campus Court, Fremont, MI, US
Bio: The opening of the $7 million dollar facility in July 2002 was a fulfillment of a dream that began with Dan and Dorothy Gerber. Scotti Merrill, the Gerber’s daughter, and long-time family friend Ted Johnson spearheaded the effort by forming the Art Center for Newaygo County, a non-profit organization dedicated to planning, building, and maintaining the Dogwood Center. Through grants from the Fremont Area Community Foundation and very generous gifts from community members, the Dogwood Center now is an incredible cultural venue and resource for the entire area. Regular box office hours are Tuesday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and two hours prior to an event. Dogwood Center gift certificates available through the box office. Interested in buying tickets to upcoming Dogwood events? Visit www.dogwoodcenter.com to purchase tickets now! Tickets may also be purchased at NCCA-Artsplace in downtown Fremont, 13 East Main Street! Hours downtown are Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30 pm, Thursdays 9am - 8pm, and Saturdays 10am - 2pm. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds issued for cancelled or postponed shows only.
