Dakota Lounge is quick becoming THE place to be on any given night on the Westside. Where Desert meets Beach, you can wash away the worries of your day to day grim and  enjoy the nights entertainment. Listen to the live music  feel the vibe with our  sexy red moodlighting  and  edgy black walls.  The Dakota crowd  isn't a nameless face with a glass to be filled and a wallet to be emptied. Oh no, the Dakota clientele is the Los Angeles local, the transplant from all corners of the world, the surfer, the traveler, the entrepreneur, the artist, the music lover that used to sneak thru venue windows to catch live shows .  And while many bar owners stay behind the scenes, Alex and Sabrina stay behind the bar—learning the names of everyone that orders a drink, and fast becoming  friends to all. Of course, we wouldn’t be hip if we weren’t enviornmentally concious too.  All table-tops are made from recycled bamboo, the artwork is done on recycled wood , the floors are lain from recycled wood and the menus are printed on recycled paper.
