Bio: The Buffalo Grass Acoustic Society (BGAS) was formed by the folks in Peyton, Colorado. People in the neighborhood just wanted to make music. The Cowboy Church of Peyton allows us (a non-church group) to meet there to accommodate everyone who wanted to come. Our first show was in November of 2002. Buffalo Grass Country Concerts attract musical artists from around the country and is a place for the community. We want families to come get to know their neighbors while enjoying the music. The atmosphere is so relaxed. You will just feel right at home. The jam session from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. is very popular. You are welcome to come listen even if you don't play. We break for sound checks at 6:30 and let you grab a cup of coffee and a brownie before the show starts at 7:00. There are two opening acts and a headliner act. We bring you some of the best music around. Bring the kids and neighbors and come on out for the next show. You are sure to enjoy yourself
