Bio: Swiss Valley Chalet at Swiss Valley Ski & Snowboard Area Our Chalet features pub style food and spirits ! We have several local brews on tap and a wine menu representative of the wineries in southwest Michigan. A specialty hot winter drink menu features drinks like the “Chocolate Truffle”, “Snowstorm”, “Spiced Cider”, “Mountain Whiskey” and mulled “Hot Spiced Wine” complete with whipped cream, crushed peppermint or a cinnamon stick. Cafe 225′ / Chalet Food & Spirits The Chalet features windows for a great view of the slopes, terrain parks and area events. A deck is available for seating for those sunny afternoons with friends and fun. Live Music and/or a DJ is scheduled for your entertainment most weekends. The Chalet Menu has appetizers, salads, sandwiches, wraps, some Mexican flare and the best burgers in Newberg Township and all of Cass County.
