Schedule for the Public: 12:00 pm: Opening Ceremony - If you wish to see the ceremony in its entirety give yourself ample time to find parking and walk to the sand. 12:45 am: Reading and Signing the Declaration of Animal Rights 1:30 - 5:00 pm: Info tables by various Animal Rights groups, displays, vegan food, speakers, artists, and more (Schedule/Speakers Subject to Change) 1:30 – Charlotte Cressey (Yoga) 1:50 - Joy Graysen with Compassionate Children’s Chorus – Vocals 2:00 - Karen Dawn - Speaker 2:10 – Special Guest to Be Announced 2:30 – Brenda Calvillo (Activist) 2:35 - Robert Margolin (Fitness Demo) 2:40 – Ramin Saber – Classical Guitar 3:00 - Nomi Abadi – Vocals 3:15 – Max Rose Taylor (H.S. Student/Activist) 3:20 - Sean Hill – Spoken Word 3:30 – Niloo Vegiloo - Vocals 3:55 - Tim Rusmisel – Acoustic Guitar/Vocals We will start with a moving requiem ceremony for the billions of animal who die by human hands in this country every year. After the ceremony, there will be many educational activities to showcase and celebrate the opposite of this sad reality - the future we are all working for - a cruelty-free nation! This year, NARD will be celebrated simultaneously in LA, NYC, and SF! Parking: there is a parking lot by the sand - the entrance is from Pacific Coast Highway, the Southbound lane.
