born March 11 1983 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He was raised in one of Halifax's lower income neighborhoods, Uniacke Square Projects aka Square Town,
or now known as Squizzy. Growing up he was influence by sports, mainly basketball.
Being one of the talented ballers in his teens, but he always had a passion for music. After moving to Virgina Beach, Virginia, The music game started coming to him. Freestyling on the block against or with other street artist from other areas. The basketball dream came to a end in his mind in highschool after making both varsity and junior varsity at a starting position but he couldn't participate because of grades. With no basketball in his life, school was not an interest. Bad grades went from no shows to classes and book full of suspenions. At age 16 the streets took over from music to party's, etc.

The Begining of the music choice wasn't too serious at first. He made a few appearences in the stuido here and there. It wasnt until he wa 19, he moved back to canada were the recording was cheaper and the music scene was still like a virgin to the industry.
With goals on Being That artist who puts his city on his map. Va$Heatt started Street Diesel Entertainment in 2002.

With various releases on other locals artist mixtapes and dvd's. In early 2003 Va released his first mixtape - Tha Cancer, thats when his name started buzzing around. Sept 16 2005 Va$Heatt was stabbed multiply times by a long time associate. After recovering a few months later Va$Heatt got back in the studio and on the streets and released two mixtapes back to back, Va$Heatt - Work Wit Me Walk Wit Me and $treet Diesel Ent - The New Domination followed by his first album in June 2006 - The Unbreakable. After more performances and appearences, Va was set to follow up with the second album Tha Truth,
But on July 16,07, walking through his neighborhood, Va was shot three times. He survive and checked his self out the hospital two days later. The same week Va$Heatt decided to change the plan and drop a double c.d and dvd a month later called Live 4 Everything,Die 4 Nothing. He followed up the next month when he released Street Diesel Ent. Presents Tha B-Sides featuring Tha Street Diesel Fam. Now working on his second album called Open For Business, Va plans to release several mixtapes,albums,video's and dvd's through the $treet Diesel Label. He say's ”Stay tuned because Its gonna be a Hot twelve months”
