We were fearless flyers for a private ring

In ’88 we went for broke and built this sonic vehicle
Galaxy Knights from the dinosaur days
Crash and burn or slowly fade away

We read, we saw, we heard, we know
Very few have dice to throw in the City of Flakes
We got our wings – We were playing to your kings and queens
While you were praying to the aliens
