Bio
I'm also the bassist for the band Raikon. I wanted to try a few different things with my music that I wouldn't be able to do in Raikon. Industrial music has always been a huge influence on me so I wanted to take the time to play with a few things other than purely drum and bass. This way, I dont need to worry about Tom telling me "Keep that shit outa Raikon!" lol.
And yeah...not much really to write about. I've always been into music growing up, played the recorder, the xylophone, etc, in school... I started playing bass when I was 14 I think, and just mostly self taught myself to play it. Not really sure what got me into making music, but it would probably be my buddy Tom that I met when I moved to Prince Albert in 2005. From there we kinda jammed together and created the drum and bass metal band, Raikon. Then, later on I started listening to stuff like Nine Inch Nails, Rammstein, Mindless Self Indulgence, Combichrist, and Fear Factory, and that really showed me a new world of music. I wanted to create something more than just bass and drums. Even though there were some pretty neat things we could do with recording programs, I still felt the need to experiment and expand my musical horizon. And that's what brought me to this project.
