I was born in Duluth MN,1962. My family moved to Bertha, a small farming town, in mid-Minnesota, when I was 5 years old. I play Guitar, Harmonica, Dobro and Piano. My influences are Bob Dylan, John Prine, Neil Young, Luther Allison, Kent DuChaine and many other great artists.

I learned to play from a guy named Chip Laust who lived just down the road. He happened to be a huge Bob Dylan fan, and taught me a lot of Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, John Prine and many more great artists.
