About
Trilogy is a collaboration between Celtic harpist Laura Zaerr, vocalist Laura Berryhill and fiddler Laurie Goren. The group draws from Scottish and Irish sources, presenting innovative arrangements with innate graciousness and integrity.
Berryhill's compelling voice is equally comfortable with the acrobatics of a Gaelic waulking song or the emotional impact of a Dougie MacLean ballad. Zaerr brings years of experience in Celtic music to the group. Her sensitive and exciting Celtic harp arrangements are alternately poignant and danceable. Goren's superb fiddle style derives largely from the Scottish tradition, while her strong sense of rhythm adds verve and grace to the ensemble.
