“Tom has an intense, rhythmic blues rock style, evoking elements of Jimi Hendrix and mixing that in with the sensibility of Stevie Ray Vaughan to create a throwback sound that is both real and authentic. A lot of times artists tend to borrow too many influences from past artists, so much so that they tend to rip off the artist in question completely. Tom has a great sense of rhythm and adds his own unique spin of some of the songs from yesteryear and presents them in his own, stylized way. Some tracks that he does great recreations of include “Green River” by John Fogerty and “Johnny B. Goode” by Chuck Berry. He also has some great original compositions that express his own songwriting and playing style in more clear, vivid detail. An original composition of his that is worthy for you to check out is “Where’s Jimi”.”
