Bio
Today the Moon, Tomorrow the Sun is about the collaborative. It’s about the connections between sound and people. It’s about the heart and the head. It’s for mistakes and triumphs, and against arrogance and underconfidence. Today the Moon, Tomorrow the Sun is about sharing the ideas that are created by four friends in Atlanta, Georgia. It’s all for sharing much further than there, soon.
About
Critically praised Atlanta indie-electro-rock band Today the Moon, Tomorrow the Sun was recently an Editor's Pick in Flagpole Magazine, and Music Editor Michelle Gilzenrat said she was "totally blown away" by the band…"The subtle electronica that sparkles in this band's epic alternative rock creates a sexy blend that is equal parts Metric and Muse. It takes turns making you want to dance and head bang and pound your first in the air”. Ohm Park listed TMTS as one of the Best Bands of 2008. Resonator Magazine proclaimed them, “An utter gale-force of an electro-rock 4-piece, with all the stomp and swagger of bands that fake the glittery sound these days but with a dark, gritty and emotional lyrical underpinning. I was hooked, instantly."
Now, the band that's been hailed as "righting a few decade old wrongs" for the indie-electro scene has released their second EP, entitled The Lightning Exhibit and is in the process of recording and releasing its third EP in August, touring heavily throughout late summer and fall. “TMTS has already captured audiences throughout the Southeast, and is on the peak of exploding nationally” (We Like it Indie).
