Originally from southwest Virginia, but residing in North Texas for the last fifteen years, recording artist Tioga Dan Sloane has become known as a "guitar-slinger extraordinaire". Being the second most famous musician to come out of Tioga Texas, Dan admits it would take some doing to surpass Tioga's favorite son- Gene Autry. I finally got the new songs(worker bees and my heart) mixed and loaded. it occured to me that i have become increasingly less technically driven and more artsy as time progresses. then it occured to me that no one else does that much any more. why is that? if you listen to older material(60s and 70s in particular) there is a lot more of what i now ...
