Thor Kolbinson has been performing music live for over 35 years beginning with the Regina Youth symphony as a violist at age 13. He went on to play drums in several bands until his grandfather gave him a Gibson Les Paul and since then the guitar has remained his main instrument. Thor toured much of western Canada playing in hard rock bands and then left the business to raise two kids who are now adult musicians. Thor is currently in the studio working on origional material written and performed by himself with many lyrics written by his wife Deanna.
