Weighing in at well over one thousand pounds (lbs), The Thickness joined in 2005 seeking to entertain the masses with their version of Punk Rock Comedy. The band met at the infamous trade school, Berklee College of Music, and instantly knew that their love for the punk would ostracize them from their jazz loving hippie constituents. Inking a deal with Sidehatch Entertainment in 2006 has propelled the band to new lows, allowing them to play all the great rat infested bars in New England. With a triangle, synthesizer, lead bass, and stereo drums, THE THICKNESS will add girth and length to any crowd lucky enough to envelope THE THICKNESS entirely into their, uh, ears.
