I walked away.

I left too soon. Sure I know it's true.

So when when you say, "Come on, come and see me soon," I do.

"I took that thing you gave me, I threw that thing away! I took that little trinket that you made me and I threw that thing away!"

"I threw that thing away!"

"Oh..."

"I put it in the garbage! I put it in the trash! I tossed it in the refuse!"

I acted in haste. I didn't think it through. When the remorse came it didn't improve my mood.

"Why should I keep it!?! Why should I keep that little trinket!?!"

"I know it ain't much to someone like you..."
