Formed in November of 2003. The Sound of Speed plays all original music but has covered bands such as Stereophonics and Travis. Musical influences include Depeche Mode, Duran Duran, New Order, The Cure, Jesus and Mary Chain, Oasis and Placebo to name a few. Thus comes the S.O.S "sound" produced.
