Bio
The Seven Gates first saw the light of day during mid 2005, born from the ashes of revered French underground metal acts such as Daemonium, Akhenaton and late 80's death metal pioneers Mutilated. Cracking the gates of hell to bring forth once again a proud tradition of old-school death metal, the early works of bands such as Deicide, Morbid Angel and Repulsion come to mind as the aural assault of The Seven Gates twists your mind through dark corridors filled with sharp hooks and explosive power.
Scheduled for release on May 26th 2009 in the USA and June 16th in Europe, The Seven Gates album "Angel Of Suffering" promises to please fans of old-school death metal with an endless supply of catchy riffs
