The sbP is 4 man Rock & Soul experience made up of 3 amazingly talented musicians from New England and me, Stephen, a former choir boy from Louisville. After crafting our sound for nearly two years, we went into 2008 with the goals of performing at least twice a month in NYC and recording a live album. We achieved those goals and now you THE FANS can enjoy all our Music!

With this movement of our music we look inward to find something positive to put outward into the world.
"Mirror Love" is about taking that moment to find sanity in all the insanity and to take that moment to BREATHE. I wrote it as I started seeing cracks in my own mirror and trying to fix them....or maybe Im still trying to fix me... both perh...
