North Carolina's own, The Olympian Society, is a collaboration of each member's passion to experiment with and create music. While drawing heavily from influences such as Beloved, Jimmy Eat World, Thrice and more, they are staying true to their desire to bring a new and fresh approach to "the scene". With these expectations in mind, "The Illusion of Progress", an EP set to be released in Spring 2007, has high hopes of showcasing their individuality as well as inspiring it's listeners.
