"The Murderburgers - Burned Out/Worn Out (Monster Zero Records) Wow, I dunno how the 'Burgers have done it, what seems like only a few months ago since they released their last album "Semi-Erect, Semi-Retarded, Semi-Detached" and they have brought out another album stacked with 14 tracks of absolutely stonking tracks. The first track "Eyes On Her" kicks in and you just sit back, smile and think 'ahhh, I fucking love The Murderburgers'. Instantly catchy, summery, pure classic pop-punk, it's a good sign of songwriting when you can sing along during the first ever listen to an album! The level of songwriting and musicianship on "Burned Out/Worn Out" certainly never falls below exceptional and dare I say it some tracks even reach legendary status ...I really dunno if there is a better UK pop-punk band out there at this moment, they have set the bar high for someone to try and top should they dare".
