Tasty licks on guitar and pedal steel from Kurt Johnson, Justin Rister's smooth bass lines and Ryan Barclay's nimble percussion blend sweetly, rising and falling to each accent or flourish. They blend a myriad of influences into a sound singular to The Collective which feels like it could morph into just about anything at any moment.
