The Mangledwurzels have been booked to make return visit to the Royal Bath & West Show. The Mangledwurzels will be playing three 30 minute slots on the Village Green on the Thursday at 12.30pm, 2pm and 4pm. As well as The Mangledwurzels, you can expect art exhibitions, rural crafts and local produce to a miniature railway, falconry displays and terrier racing - there's more happening than you think at the country's premier agricultural show. A great day out in Somerset for families, friends and rural enthusiasts.     A two day charity fundraising rugby 7s tournament at Castle Cary Rugby Club, Brook House Field, Alhampton, Castle Cary, Somerset BA7 7PF (01963 370642) with Wurzels-flavoured, cider-fuelled Scrumpy & Western entertainment from The Mangledwurzels! This annual charity sporting fundraiser, now in its 6th year, has been held at Castle Cary RFC ever since devoted rugby player Kay Booker lost her fight against cancer in 2009. The tournament will see over men's and women's teams from all across the South West battle it out over the course of the weekend, while supporters enjoyed a barbecue and jug of cider. All moneys raised will be donated to MacMillan Cancer Care charity. The Mangledwurzels will be providing the post-match entertainment on the Saturday evening; the band will be on stage at 9.30pm.
