One day, Elly the happy hippoth decided that she was going to stop playing classical violin because it was far too rigid and did not agree with her.

Thanks to www.myspace.com/jessiephotography_x

So she picked up Beatrice the fiddle and started to play around with some new ideas - and she found that this was good.

She later started picking up other pretty instruments and eventually learned to multi-track, and the result is this funny kettle of fish.

The weaponry now includes :

- Fiddle
- Tin Whistle
- Irish Flute
- Bodhran
- Djembe
- Mandolin
- Vocals
- Bass Guitar

Moving out of third person, I'm also learning the Scottish Small Pipes. However, you won't hear these for a long time :) I still look like a severely wounded chicken at this moment.

I adore music, it's such a powerful media - it affects the way we feel, the way we think. I like to meet new musicians, and if you are interested in creating a piece of music with me please don't hesitate to chat to me about it! I'm generally a pretty easy to approach person =)

Well, that's pretty much all you need to know! Below is some general information concerning the tracks up at this point in time, and if you have any questions then fire away.

I hope you enjoy listening!

You have a great ear, everything is well balanced, the blend is nice, and you choose your textures well. You seem to have mastered your instruments. We particularly like the choral accompaniment on "Clipped". You've conquered the classic bane of people doing multi track recording; you've kept your tempos steady for the most part and not let them drag as the piece goes on. All lovely tunes, with an honest human flavor. You've a voice full of beauty.” – Owen Harris and the Saracens
