he Human Beings are a London based band who were first formed in Israel in 2001 by the song writer Igal Israel – vocals, acoustic guitar who decided after attending film school to concentrate on music. After several different forms ‘The Human Beings’ were established as a duo in 2003 with Ruth Clarke (coming from a fine art background) – flute, vocals and glockenspiel. There are now three members; Omri Schitrit – Double Bass, , Ruth and Igal. The Human beings gig in and around London and form a unique blend of sounds that can be called ‘mirror music’. A type of music that builds a space for you to see yourself reflected there.
